Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. For your protection please insure the package. If the return is because we made a mistake, we will reimburse your surface shipping costs; however, this is at Ercigoj discretion. Express Shipping Services will NOT be refunded. We do not reimburse for special handling, charges incurred by using other mail facilities such as Express post Etc... If your replacement item is in stock, it should reach you in 2-3 weeks.

Items that have been customized or personalized at the customer's request, or non-standard items made to order, cannot be returned except for production errors that make the item unusable for the intended purpose.
