Shipping policy

All orders of items that are in stock are processed upon receipt and shipped upon payment of the order. You will be notified of any items that are not in stock for shipment. Normal processing time is 1-3 business days and delivery is generally 8-14 business days depending on your delivery address, if standard shipping service is selected. For express shipping services, we generally use DHL and shipping should be finished in 2-4 business days.
Regular shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of all items, and the dimensions of the box(es) being shipped.

We ship all over the world. Order from EU countries are processed and shipped normaly without any restrictions or customs. Outside European countries shipping can take longer than otherwise claimed. Also, restrictions might be in place and customer may have to pay customs charges or import duties for orders out of EU, depending on your country's import laws and policies. Any customs charges and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.
